Easy, low calorie and high protein

**Celebrating 50 Fabulous Years with a Delicious Twist!**

Happy Birthday To Me Embroidery Design - Stitchtopia

As I embrace the big 5-0, I’m all about celebrating life, good health, and delectable food! What better way to mark this milestone than with a delightful treat that’s both indulgent and nutritious? Introducing my high-protein, easy low-calorie sheet cinnamon roll pancakes!

These pancakes are not only a great way to start the day but also packed with protein to keep you energized as you tackle your next adventure. Here’s how to whip them up:

Directions: (Substitute where needed)

Mix everything below in a large bowl.

4 cups of oat flour

2 tbsp baking powder

4 scoops vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp sweetener (optional)

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 cups cottage cheese (blended)

3/4 cup egg whites

1 1/3 cups fat-free fair life milk (or whatever you have)

Cinnamon Sauce:

1/3 cup swerve brown sweetener

4 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup

2 tbsp cinnamon

Drizzle the cinnamon sauce on top and run a knife through it to create a cute pattern, or pipe it in an icing bag and make cute swirls.

Bake at 425F for 15-20 min (recommend under baking slightly)

It makes 6 meals total at 2 cakes each; what a perfect plan for busy mornings or freeze for another day and reheat in the microwave.

As I celebrate this milestone, I’m reminded that age is just a number. Let’s embrace the journey, savor every moment, and indulge in treats that nourish our bodies. Here’s to more fabulous years ahead, filled with good food and great company!
